If you use the signage adviser features, the answers you give (and any premises photo you choose to upload) are used only to produce your recommendations and project brief. Adviser conversations are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, unless you choose to send them to us as an enquiry.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to prepare a quotation, arrange a free site visit, ask follow-up questions about your project, and — if you go ahead — to plan, produce and install your signage.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We may keep a record of your enquiry so we can follow up and, if you become a customer, manage your project.

Quote requests are delivered securely to our team by email. A backup copy may be stored in our website system so no enquiry is lost.

Files you upload are checked for type and size, transmitted securely, and used only to assess your project.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Any basic usage measurement we use is only to understand which pages are helpful and to improve the website.

The embedded Google map on our contact page is provided by Google; when you interact with it, Google's own privacy policy applies.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project. If you would like us to delete your enquiry details, contact us and we will do so.
